Objectives:

§ Identify approach regarding Labour Standards in China – pilot study

§ Identify opportunities for Distance Learning and Training Programme on Social Aspects of
  Construction - incorporating into broader training initiatives

§ Identify host body, social partners and funding opportunities for these initiatives

Participants:

CLSC, SAC, DFID, ILO, WB, BNU, ADB, etc. ...plus those identified as potential partners by DFID

Program:

09:00-10:30: Brief summary from Day 1 - drawing out a way forward Project working group: Open
       discussion on: pilot study and training opportunities: Who is interested, within what
       context and where?

10:30-11:00 Tea / coffee break

11:00-12:30 Plan of Action and Next Steps

12:30-14:00 Lunch

14:00-17:00 Social visit / opportunity for discussions to continue, if required

17:00-19:00 Dinner for working group

Discussions will be facilitated and written-up by the SAC team.
